Important Mission!

We three sisters have made up to the arrangement to take our turns to go back Taiping and help things out. I am the first to start this so called important mission! Reason being Theng can only come upon her hubby's return on 10 April 2011. And Woon will come back this coming Saturday, 2 April 2011. Thank goodness my manager approved my leave, I did explain why to her.
Hubby fetched me and Kye Xin back to Teluk Intan for a wedding dinner on Saturday. Kye Xin is the happiest of all, she did not have to worry about anything but to enjoy her days out of KL to the maximum. She had a great time at the dinner, dancing and eating all way to the end.
Next day, Sunday, 8am, we started our journey back Taiping. Managed to reach at about 10am. Had breakfast at Restaurant Kakak and came back home.
First task of the day is to bathe Kye Xin and unload her stuff. Then I started to vacumn the floor. I began with downstairs first. After vacumn, I wiped the TV cabinets, the computer table, the sofa, the coffee table and the dining table. I then mopped the floor.
Then we went out to buy lunch. We spent RM11 solely to buy those Nyonya kuih. Hmmm, can't imagine kuih nowadays can cost this much. Mummy said Papa didn't have rice for the whole one week. Reason being there isn't much choice in the Kamunting area for him to buy. When Papa ate the rice, he asked where I bought it from. I said, it was from the Peace Hotel. He replied he didn't know where to buy all these. Of course la, I said. It was all the while Mummy's job to do all these.
After the lunch, I went upstairs and start to vacumn and mop the floor. I finally realised that owning a landed property is not easy, things made worse with a double storey. I cleaned the balcony and changed all bedsheets. By the end of the day, I am all flat.
Mummy was very glad that I am here to help. She labelled me as her new maid, Papa is the old maid. Hahahahaha, I am happy too to help her. Today, I will be cooking meals for them. Kye Xin will also be with me this whole week. She is so far so good in Taiping, making herself very comfortable here. And I felt they are happy too to see her, Kye Xin will definately add laughter and happiness to Mummy, Papa and Jason!
