I was writing about how she finished her 4oz of milk yesterday. I will continue from there! At about 10.30pm, she cried. I thought she must be hungry.....and gave her soy milk again. She is quite reluctant to drink even that she closed her eyes. I managed to put her to sleep.
Hubby came back at about 12midnight. After a while, she cried again. This time it was pretty loud. I gave up and prepared her milk. I pity her for battling with us and ended up hungry and couldn't sleep well. I tell you, we have already cross the border, Kye Xin really jumped out this round. She cried very badly, each time using her hand to push away the bottle. She must have thought we give her soy milk again. I thought if she smell soy and hubby drank her first bottle. I washed thoroughly her bottle with soap and rinse it with hot water to get rid of the smell. And prepared the second bottle. We even told her to look at the milk powder when we were to put it into the bottle. Still she rejected and continued crying.
I didn't want her to cry for long as it would cause much more wind to enter into her body. I am very much tired, stressed out and angry. I knew I can't beat her, and I chose to open the main entrance and told her to stop crying. Luckily she lowered down her tone and began to look around. Hubby tried making her happy by taking out an item after an item with the intention to make her happier, then to try to make her drink the milk we prepared. After a while, we failed and I gave up.
I brought her into the room, warned her not to cry again and I slept. 5mins later, she called me and rested on my head. She said to me "Nen nen". I reconfirm with her and she said it out again. Fine, I took her out and prepared the third bottle. Same ending, she only wanted plain water and pushed away the milk. Next thing I did, I passed on the job to hubby. I am simply very very tired and couldn't be bothered to say nice words to her. She better not cry in the next few hours, else I do not know what I am going to do next.
Kye Xin managed to sleep till 6am. Hubby gave her milk, she rejected initially but later on drank it. How can she reject milk when she is hungry. I complained the whole night drama to nanny this morning. Kye Xin's face turned sour instantly and wouldn't want to say goodbye to me. She is really a bad tempered lady.
Later nanny decided to bring her to see Dr Low again. This is the first doctor we saw last Friday. She had soft stools as a result of the milk she had in the morning. The doctor advised us to mix Milo with the soy milk to encourage her to drink. She gave a powder form medicine to make her stools harden.
Today, she ate pumpkin porridge, drank the Milo+soy milk and few slices of bread. At about 7.50pm, she passed out and the stools seem thicker than before. 10mins later, she lied on the floor and suddenly slept.
I took her to the room and changed her with her sleeping wear. I was very surprised that she is not waking up. This is the first time that I see her sleeping so fast and looked extremely tired. I checked out with nanny. Turned out to be she did not have her afternoon nap as she was busy playing hide and seek with nanny's daughter.
She looked much more better and I do hope she will regain her appetite soon. I missed her chubby face. Yes, I did complain when she gained weight earlier, and now I regretted that she now losses her weight. Poor thing!!!!!!
